huh, apparently there is an actual way to get proper (not self signed!) HTTPS certificates for LAN servers now without needing an open http server for ACME

@puniko from what i understand both misskey v13 and iceshrimp made a lot of improvements from where firefish and foundkey were

misskey v13 probably made them out of necessity with how large .io grew

@puniko it seems the api for instance info is unchanged (the entire thing still works in the foundkey tab i left open)
they just moved the instance list to the admin UI (from /about#federation to /admin/federation) and changed the UI in /instance-info/ to hide all the tabs except Overview for non-mods

@puniko for the server metrics it'd seem they did restrict the API though, as the api call used by the server metrics widget just doesn't return anything in particular for me

@puniko honestly, i guess it does make it more typical to how other fedi software behaves (the rest of them having the fave button) but i didn't mind the way foundkey did it where there were just reactions tbh

not sure if its worth looking much into it with the migration coming up within days, but figured i'd mention it anyways
