This mad console is the Phantom System, an unauthorized NES clone. It manages to rip off the Atari 7800 design, with Mega Drive-like Controllers and a gun like the Master System Light Phaser.

Its manufacturer went on to officially partner with Nintendo and release official consoles from the Super NES to the GameCube. The short-lived Brazilian GameCube with a ROM in Portuguese is probably one of the rarest Nintendo consoles.
