Our Live Streaming feature is powered by industry standard technology like HLS and websockets.

We designed it to be easy to deploy, configure and optionally add Stripe API keys if you want to support Creator Monetization.

When your users go Live, a Push notification and a temp status is sent to your followers, with a link to view your stream!

Loops users from other servers will be able to comment/react/gift in real time, with slightly delayed comments from non-Loops servers

We shipped a few improvements to our web uploader, fixing the missing audio bug and improving transcoding support for larger files on Safari browsers.

We are working to increase max upload size to 100MB, and are considering increasing max video length from 3 minutes to 5 minutes and allowing you to increase quality to 1080p for 3-10 videos per month.

Loops Admins: Did you know you can easily configure database backups that get stored to a separate S3 compatible disk as private zips with optional archive passwords that also get purged so you only keep the most X recent backups, with the limit being up to you?

All you need to do is configure the S3 credentials, and set `LOOPS_BACKUPS_ENABLED=true` in .env.
