@glog78 @admin Flickr couldn't simple send every post to a small servers federated timeline. A user on an instance needs to follow a user for their posts (and posts they have boosted) to make it to an instance's federated timeline, with some other exceptions. A small instance where no user follows any Flickr accounts would only see Flickr posts boosted by their follows.
