As I feared, these ER closures are becoming the new normal. It used to be that closing an emergency department would have been unthinkable. Now it’s a just another routine occurrence.

Heads should be rolling over this.

Holy crap! It’s an article, in a major mainstream publication, centering #ClimateChange as the cause of the wildfires and heat-waves affecting us here & abroad, complete with graphs and plain-English explainers of what climate change looks like and linking it directly to greenhouse-gas emissions.

I don’t know what to do with this. 🫨

Of course, the article frustratingly answers nothing. Loomer is an opportunistic narcissist. Whatever her motivation is indubitably will have something to do with raising her own profile/benefitting her interests in some way.

If it helps Ukraine’s cause in some way, great (the enemy of my enemy and all that) but I don’t trust this person as far as I could throw them.
