1. Two marble-clad steps lead up to a raised mall dining area. A stainless steel handrail stands between the steps and a supposedly accessibility ramp. (But the ramp is cut off where the lowest step begins. Instead of continuing all the way so that it's flush to the floor). Resulting in there being an entire step's height from the floor to where the ramp begins.
