@hellomiakoda For an inkjet, that is impressive! I've never had one sit nearly that long and not need completely new ink.

@inthehands Over and over I've seen #2 lead to "efficiency gains" that are actually just moving costs from easy-to-measure to hard-to-measure places. And then management slaps themselves on the back.

And at the same time, managers complain that they spend too much time on daily operations instead of strategy because every bump is now a disaster that makes them drop everything else. I have no sympathy for them. It's not fun for workers either, but we weren't the ones who had a choice about it.

@hellomiakoda Thank you for being someone who is willing to talk about the topic. I strongly believe fewer people would commit suicide if more of them had friends they could talk about their thoughts openly with. Being suicidal in our culture is so isolating and that's a time when it's especially dangerous for someone to be made to feel isolated.

@hellomiakoda I'm sorry you're dealing with that. That's a horrible thing to be accused of :(
