Like I hope you all know that this colonial ass nonsense is the reason Cape Town currently has a housing crisis. It's all bnbs and ridiculously priced rentals meant to cater to the £ $ € combo.

Like when the state itself starts offering a "digital nomads visa", while neighbouring Africans gotta jump through hurdles to get even a work visa, the gentrification is complete.
