@feld fair enough - but the hummer EV is still a stupid vehicle. If you power it with average US electricity it’s one of the only EVs that’s so heavy it emits more CO2 than a midsize sedan.

EVs are so efficient to make this even more ridiculous.

@feld we literally have one right now…Toyota is doing terrible with EVs but they’re getting more emissions reduction per lb of battery produced than any of these EVs

@ashfurrow We just bought a Corolla hybrid for this exact reason - it’s the only option…

I get why though, battery supply is constrained enough they need to go for high margin high price vehicles
