Вчора перший раз знімав з осаду і розливав в бутлі вино з порічок на тихе бродіння. Спочатку воно в мене стояло 24 години на суслі, після чого вже сам сік із дріжджами і 4.5 кг цукру на 10 кг порічок бродив протягом 23 днів. Я поки не вимірював ні рівень pH, ні рівень ТК, ні рівень цукру, але на смак щось середнє між напівсолодким і напівсухим. А по кольору буде розе після ще двох знять із осаду.
