@SuperDicq @chrisisgr8 The counter-stupid part is carbrain™ customers complaining how "it doesn't sound/feel right that when they step on gas the rpms don't jump back and forth as the gears shift, it's creepy weird that it just sounds the same".

@SuperDicq @chrisisgr8 They do the dumb thing of "emulating" gear steps for sports-mode manual control, but I never heard of one that would let you slide along the scale trombone style. This should be a thing.

ND, stumbling a lot through any social stuff, but still trying with mixed results.
Being overworked way beyond the breaking point doesn't help.

I commission art pretty often, and do IT work of the not-cool not-fashionable enterprise variety.
