(In other words, Yoon wants to change the Constitution so he can rule for 8 years instead of 5).
I understand the need to emigrate. But I highly recommend, if you move out here to Far East Asia (Japan & South Korea) that you get some basic language skills under your belt first. (Survival level is adequate). English is scant at best, especially outside major cities.
Our current administration has made it clear that the Constitution is to be ignored, & the freedoms and liberties we currently enjoy will eventually fall by the wayside.
