Dolly spends $100's of millions a year in charities trying to give it away, which makes her loved more, which brings her more in return... Taylor is discovering this in the same manor. while I have NO PROBLEMS with "capping an income or even a progressive tax rate at 99% or even 100% over 1 billion. claiming there are no good billionaires is a false
