I did it. My 2017 Razer Blade Stealth 13 is now an Arch Machine.

Got it running with Wayland, Sway, waybar. I don't like foot term, but I do like alacrity. With my favorite font JuliaMono Nerd Font.

Also working, steam on Wayland

It's settled, Arch is the Gentoo of today

Hey fediverse, I'm a pretty long-time Ableton user...I want to move to an open-source DAW if possible. Is there anything that people recommend?

Soft requirements:

• VST/3 support (I love some of the VST synths I have)
• Mainly PC (can be Linux or Windows)
  • But I also use a M3 Macbook (OSX)
• MIDI controller / keyboard support (I don't mind mapping manually)

I can't justify the cost of Ableton, I make music for fun not profit, and I know software development, so I can contribute back.
