    @bagder Chinese instances are due to many chinese networks doing MiTM so instead of flooding the user with errors, they just disable certificate verification altogether.

    @eff Note that only the offline component of Find My, which uses Bluetooth beacons, is E2EE. The online location that can be accessed on https://www.icloud.com/find is not E2EE.

    @dalias @briankrebs You give location access to the app or site to get the weather, the embedded SDK passes the location to data brokers.
