@Dss @karmaburrito @pluralistic Was a law passed? Did the NYPD tell these companies to shut down the accounts? I see nothing about either of those scenarios having played out, so no, it's not 1A from what I can see.

@karmaburrito @pluralistic 😩 With the exception of the NYPD mischaracterizing his comments/motives, this is most assuredly not a 1A issue. The government is not telling him he may not make this speech. Private entities are deplatforming him, which is entirely in their right.
