@Fragglemuppet I've got to catch up somehow. And I'm at a pretty good part in the story. I know I want to read more of it after I finish my show today.

@Fragglemuppet I went back to reading TWI last night after watching that Yotube. I should have book 8 finished in 10 hours at my reading speed. I'm glad I can still binge if I want. But at least given how long the books are they do come out pretty quickly. All things considered.

Listening to the Live of Podium Audio talking about Wandering Inn. Andrea Parsneau and Erin Bennett feed really well off each other. When Andrea opened her gift II cried.
Someone just asked Pirate if they've ever met someone blind and they said no. i may have asked that. -

Today's the day. Wandering Inn book 16 is out. I'm still on book 8 of my read. But I'm curious to know how the new narration is. I'll get there one day.

@Fragglemuppet Because i think people will buy things if certain key words are mentioned. Like I know for example if something is compared to the Psychological Thriller The Girl on the Train I'll stay far away from it. Since that book bored me to tears. I don't find those comparisons accurate at all.

Last night I was on Audible looking up Women's Fiction. I saw there's a whole sub genre for women who are 60 and older. I might have to look up some of those. Older women need love and happiness and new beginnings too.

The 3rd book in the Five Broken Blades trilogy is out today. I was going to use a credit to purchase it. But it was $12. I look forward to reading these books.

I just saw on Audible there's now an option to buy 7 extra credits for $75. i doubt I'll ever do that with as much as I love reading. But i'm glad to know it's an option for those who want it, or who have the extra fundage to do so.

So, i'm a little confused. People in the Archers group on FB were making it sound like after July 25 those of us here in the U.S. won't be able to listen to the podcast. Is this really a thing? Or will I still be able to catch the episodes?

I can't believe all these people are freaking out because of the heat. It's summer. Heat happens. We all know how to take care of ourselves. Dress appropriately, drink water, stay hydrated. This is not anything different than in years past.

Just over half an hour until the new Fate of the Furycks book is out! And on that note I'm off to sleep.

@Fragglemuppet I'm going to get back to Wandering Inn as soon as I finish my reread of the first 3 Fate of the Furicks books. I'm then going to read book 4 which comes out Tuesday. Depending on where I am mood wise The Inn will be next on the list. I'm just not looking forward to the narrator change.

Has anyone read these: Because of the descriptions for later books I know that the fae are going to be involved. But they look light and simple.
Title: The Lord of Stariel: Stariel, Book 1
Author: AJ Lancaster
Read By: Finty WilliamsEveryone knows who the magical estate will choose for its next ruler. Or do they? Will it be the lord’s eldest son, who he despised? His favourite nephew, with the strongest magical land-sense? His scandalous daughter, who ran away from home years ago to study illusion? Hetta knows it won’t be her, and she’s glad of it. Returning home for her father’s funeral, all Hetta has to do is survive the family drama and avoid entanglements with irritatingly attractive local men until the Choosing.

What a good day. Bob and I went on a date. Had great chats with friends. The joint Gina's Organized Chaos was a last, and I'm half way through the reread of Fate of the Furycks book 1. Oh, and the Arby's we had for dinner was great. I had the barbecue pulled pork sandwich with the white cheddar mac and cheese.

@Fragglemuppet A lot of what I see is people complaining just to complain.

I've decided that no matter where you look. Mastodon, Facebook, Twitter. people are always going to complain. I feel like these days Facebook is the worst. People posting about how life sucks, how people treat them awful, how they're not getting this or that. Can't we all just be happy and count our blessings? We're all living and breathing. We have family and friends, and we've also got things to be interested in. Life really isn't that bad unless you choose to make it that way. Now I'm going to go peddle and curl up with a book.
9 days until the next Fate of the Furicks book is out!
