Trump's "masked soldiers" are not at war with civilians.
They are at war with invaders. Non citizens that broke the law to get here.

The post that I was responding to referenced "Trumps masked soldiers." This is an obvious reference to ICE, not the national guard. That is why I said that they were at war with foreign nationals that broke the law to get here.
The picture of Biden was an obvious response to the original post's insinuation that a military parade to celebrate the the 250th anniversary of the army was scary.
The national guard in Cali was not being discussed.

That said, if you want to discuss the national guard in California, Trump is not the first President to call up the national guard without the governor's wishes.
The first time that happened was in Arkansas in 1965.
I am sure that you are ready to condemn that as fascistic since it was also against the wishes of the governor.

The 1957 one is the one I was referring to. I was going off memory when I said 1965.
A couple of dozen quickly grew to 2000.
And regardless of what Newsom says, they were not stopping the violence. Stores were being looted, fires were being set, and people were getting hurt.
Newsom was not stopping it. Trump did.
