    i've spent the last week learning how to program and install building controls from a brilliant young man. in exchange, i get to teach him the finer points of industrial refrigeration.
    i can't express the positive feelings i get from sharing my knowledge with the future. if teaching didn't require more school, i would consider it.

    i turned down a third "follow up" interview when i got a call back "great news! we like you and youre in the final running to get the job!" like it was a grand prize contest. i found out they interviewed a hundred people for a stupid technician job. they took four months to fill that spot and he quit in second week.
