I’m mostly interested in an individual contributor role, because that’s where my experience is. But, I also love teaching new engineers and talking about tools I love. I crave dynamic work, where new problems and challenges keep streaming in, forcing me to keep learning.
Nearly all of my time has been as a permanent employee, but I’m finding myself open to things in shorter time frames. Maybe one of the well known Python/Django dev shops?
