I was at the hospital almost all day - a lot of waiting around. I have a mild concussion & have to take 2 weeks off from work, per doctor's orders. I have a follow up appointment the Friday after this week. I'm very tired now. I am going to sleep. I will catch up with folks when more rested & in less pain.

#Starbucks is one of the easiest boycotts to engage in. There's so many other choices for coffee shops - many local cafes need your support more!
None of us need to keep giving Starbucks any of our money. They're #UnionBusters & their company supports #EthnicCleansing #genocide of #Palestinians too. Stop giving them money!

I've been doing more healing work to recover from being abusively #blindsided by a jealous woman who I have never even met but had attempted to psychologically #blackmail my companion, after faking being nice to me. I never expected to be #suckerpunched by a woman I've never even met in person. It shook me. It traumatized me. It was NOT OK.

Never ever defend #abusive people who have violated #boundaries multiple times & harmed multiple people, intentionally.

#Stzuminus #FirstNation territory stretches over 1,200 hectares which includes four reserves; Say-la-quas 10, Squaw-hay-one 11, Oyster Bay 12, and Chemainus 13.
Stz’uminus First Nation members speak Hul’qumi’num.
The Stzʼuminus are well-known for their war canoes. The vessels can range from 19 to 52 feet long. They are made of cedar and hand carved.

All of us life long creative #artists tend to create more art when we are feeling immensely hurt or immensely loved. Those intense moments of our lives always ignite our inner creative souls to express our feelings through our artworks.

Bad news. My left ankle foot brace orthotics funding request was denied today. I'm now paying out of pocket for it. It costs $2600. I can pay it but will then be short for 2 utility bills balances owing & some medications costs for April. I picked up a wedding photography side gig for May so will be OK for upcoming months.

I need #MutualAid donations to help pay for:

- partial hydro bill due April 4th, I paid most of balance with $310 owing. We got a disconnection notice letter today & they gave us until Friday.
- $244.45 for Mom's insulin & needles, needed by April 10, when she runs out.
- $142.76 for balance owing on internet bill

Total needed to be raised asap is $697.21.
