Russia has failed to wipe Ukraine off the map.

We remain steadfast in supporting Ukraine's macro-financial stability and the continued functioning of its public administration.

To date, we have provided nearly €124 billion in comprehensive support to Ukraine, and we will provide up to €50 billion until 2027.

Ukrainians has shown their unwavering commitment and determination to be a part of the European Project.

Even in a time of war and turmoil, Ukraine have started extensive reforms, that led last summer to open accession negotiations to join the EU.

There is no better symbol or use of proceeds from Kremlin's money to support Ukraine.

The immobilisation of the Russian assets, thanks to the EU sanctions, generates extraordinary revenues channelled to support Ukraine's defence and reconstruction.

Our sanctions against Russia are a clear and strong signal of EU unity and our support to Ukraine and its people.

As the Russian aggression against Ukraine continues, we remain determined to further reduce Russia's sources of revenue and its capacity to wage war.

Around 65% of Ukrainian agri-food products leave the country via our #SolidarityLanes.

They have helped Ukraine export more than 157 million tonnes of goods, generating €55 billion in value to its economy.

Russia's plan to bomb Ukraine into darkness will not succeed.

Our solidarity is stepping up to keep bringing light by repairing and stabilising the flow of energy in Ukraine.

As of 1 Dec, the increased 2100 MW🇺🇦🇲🇩 export limit will boost their preparedness through the winter.

Since Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine in 2022, our #EUCivilProtection Mechanism has evacuated 3,800+ Ukrainian patients to hospitals in 22 European countries.

This is the EU’s largest medical evacuation yet – a tangible sign of our unwavering solidarity with Ukraine.

Putin’s war continues to put Ukrainian civilian lives in constant danger.

Our humanitarian assistance provides shelter, cash support, healthcare, food assistance, education, water and sanitation.

More than 152,000 tonnes of in-kind assistance have been already delivered.

Ukrainians in the EU can stay connected to their family at lower rates.

We’ve facilitated an agreement between European and Ukrainian telecommunications operators to ensure that refugees from Ukraine can stay connected across borders.

Since the start of the war, the EU has supported safe access to education for children.

More than 380 school buses and 1.5 million textbooks have been donated to students.

President von der Leyen announced an additional €65 million to buy school meals for Ukrainian children.

We are using the proceeds of immobilised Russian assets to support Ukraine's military capabilities as well as to support the country's reconstruction.

The additionally EU Military Assistance Mission for Ukraine has trained close to 60,000 Ukrainian soldiers.

Tomorrow will mark 1,000 days since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

On this despicable anniversary, we honour the brave Ukrainians working and fighting for a free Ukraine with the colours of its flag on our headquarters.

Our enduring friendship and solidarity are here to stay. So is our commitment to work shoulder to shoulder towards a peaceful future within our Union.

🇪🇺 Solidarity reaches Spain 🇪🇸

In response to Spain’s devastating floods, the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism has been activated, bringing swift aid from across Europe.

🇫🇷 and 🇵🇹 have mobilised waste management and reconstruction support, already aiding affected areas. Other EU countries have also offered their assistance, demonstrating the power of European unity.

So, from today until 31 December, it is as if women in the EU effectively work for free.

Advancing trustworthy and safe AI in the EU.

Today, we published the first draft of the General-Purpose Artificial Intelligence Code of Practice.

The Code will help implement the AI Act rules governing general-purpose AI models, including chatbots.

The draft, prepared by experts and informed by public feedback, will be discussed next week in the Code of Practice Plenary.
