How are you using (or avoiding) AI?

Some context: I'm curious. I'm seeing some people embrace and experiment with it, I'm seeing some raise red flags, I'm also seeing eye-rolling at the hype.

I'm also seeing innovation, and pushing what's possible, and documented real harms done.

All of which is feeding my curiosity, and caution.

So what do you see? Are you all in? Avoiding? Other?

@evan we do! It makes a big difference too. Vote on Saturday at a local school or church hall, and with some luck you get a decent sausage or home baked cake. 🧁

Which means it's time to remind the young people in our lives they should enrol to vote.

Voting is compulsory in Australia.

I believe that's a good thing, and I advocate everyone invest their time, attention, and critical judgement in making good use of their democratic right to vote.

It was hard won for some.
We should all revel in our collective power to decide who decides for all of us.
