Can anyone explain to me as an end user, how #mastodon translation links work?
I used to see them a lot, and now folks I follow who speak non-English langs, I have to manually translate because no links.
Is it an instance thing, like turn off or disable translations? Is there a penalty in cash cost or speed where they get turned off?
