It will be the second time this month a vote on Deeming’s membership has been put to the party room. A deadlocked vote on whether she should return was knocked down last Friday after Pesutto used his casting vote, prompting his political allies and opponents to urge the leader to step down.

Well the mutual understanding between the server and client is that there's only one true signature for each request, so it makes sense to allow only uppercase percentage encoding when transforming the request to a string to be hmac-sha1'd -

Trying to debug squawker to find out how to use xitter internal api to fetch posts. Installing flutter was no small feat because of googles dependency hell, but the next step was android sdk, which looks proprietary to me, so I decided not to proceed. -
