I didn't realize until today that Sonic 3 and the Mufasa movie are releasing in theaters on the same day, at least in the US. Some people in particular might try to make a marketing opportunity out of this, like, uhh.... Mufasanic, or something. That's the best I could do.

The answer to what Metaphor ReFantazio’s art style reminds me of just hit me, thanks to the recent gameplay videos: Fire Emblem: Three Houses (and Three Hopes). The pastel environmental art style is especially reminiscent of that game’s, though I’m sure Metaphor will have far more backdrop variety.
