A periodic reminder may not be out of place. The ‘verse is #Fediverse, there are many ways to experience and communicate in the interconnected multiverse of servers that federate with each other. #Mastodon is one way to work in the protocol, a software that some server admins provide for their users. Other similar software include #Pleroma (and derivatives) #Misskey (and derivatives). When you mean #Fediverse, please avoid Mastodon. The difference is not trivial, ?
This is the thing; I cannot find this folder on my #Vultr server. There is an `/opt/pleroma` folder, is that where I look? Looks like I may have missed something post installation as my admin account is no different when it comes to the web interface than a regular user account.
@alex Can you please advise what's the best way to find out user counts on #Soapbox? Also, how to disable/enable new account creation on an instance that runs #Pleroma with #Soapbox?
"As a community we should approach large instances as tumours: how do we break them up so they are no longer a threat to the organism?
If you take this approach to its logical conclusion, you will arrive at the concept of the Small Web; a web where we each own and control our own place (or places)."
@alex First of all, thanks for creating this fantastic app to traverse the #fediverse! Love it! Need to know how to customise it. Is there an easy to follow guide?
