We're VERY pleased to announce that we've been successful in our third funding round from @NGIZero!

With that funding, next year we'll be working on:

* built-in slicing and printing! (using existing systems and APIs, no wheel reinvention here)
* version control!
* comments and likes, with federation!
* plugins! (to enable adding additional features like model customisation without overloading the core)

@dansup awesome, we're all for letting creators monetise their work; after all, everyone's got bills.

Web Monetisation is a really great way forward, and it should fit nicely with Pixelfed and Loops! We just wish it could handle one-off purchases, then it would work for us too :)

@silverpill @helge so is the general idea that instead of using a custom object type, you use a standard one (like Document) and add custom properties to it that other software can handle if they want and know how to?
