@fesshole Peter principle, I think, it’s called - people in corps are being promoted up to a position they fail at - and they stay there forever and ever… So, every corporation is filled with stressed out failing mid-and-higher level managers who would be awesome one level below, with a salary of the one above….

@Retreival9096 @inthehands thank you very much for explanation 🫶, I still don’t understand why one feels compelled to write that wisdom in lines? And wouldn’t those words of wisdom sound more-better if one would spend some time working on finding the words which not only translate the feeling and the meaning - but also rhyme? Maybe it’s just me, remembering the time I spent trying to find better words and re-arranging them to sound better.. blank verse sounds lazy 2me;)

@fesshole had a somewhat different experience - got a visit from CEO at my desk, couple of gigs ago, who gave me a good 10 min “mentoring session” about professional comms (I’m ~3/4 years older that him, just look uber young;). When he left - the head of HR dropped by to thank me for my professional, yet light-hearted comms which should be an example for the company ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
