@ZeroSum06 most people get lightheaded and are prone to syncope and falls with a baseline BP under 120/80. Many falls are due to the cocktail of meds people are on, many needed, some not, and most cause some other harm, even the good ones. So buyer beware, and don't live in hypertensive crisis, but don't sweat 10mmhg.
