@kaia on graphene I also just use gboard. When I first launch it it has internet and I tell it to get the two dictionaries I need (I write bilingually). Then I turn the network permissions off so it stops spying on me. I think it works okay?

But I also haven't tried adding too many words to the dictionary. I tried with just one just now and that worked okay.

@kaia I've so far found a recipe for fristi pancakes (purported to be gross), a double amaretto-fristi cocktail (ew) and a homebrew fristi recipe using *buttermilk* (a crime). The search engine has clearly understood my need for disgusting ideas but no shops are selling carbonated fristi (thank god actually)

@kaia is this actually carbonated???? I live in what I like to call peak fristi territory and I've genuinely never found this. I'm going to search for this in a local shop right now

@kaia the implication here, of a non-flat fristi, is incredibly upsetting. It would be deeply wrong to drink carbonated fristi and I kind of want to do that now

@tiskaan @kaia the house itself should appreciate as it is invested into. In theory you a. maintain it and b. make efforts to make it better. It's not just land appreciation that makes houses appreciate.

Of course there is also general inflation, but I wouldn't say that increases value
