   on GrapheneOS with the default keyboard the Text Correction > Personal Dictionary does not work for me.
   
   should I use another keyboard? what do I do wrong?

     personal dictionary works with the AOSP on regular Android, but not on GrapheneOS

     @kaia i dont know why you have your problem, but i use openboard.

     Even longer than i use GOS and can recommend trying that!

     @kaia on graphene I also just use gboard. When I first launch it it has internet and I tell it to get the two dictionaries I need (I write bilingually). Then I turn the network permissions off so it stops spying on me. I think it works okay?

     But I also haven't tried adding too many words to the dictionary. I tried with just one just now and that worked okay.
