Da man ja über #Mastodon öffentlich kommunizieren kann: Fallen damit alle EU Mastodon-Instanzen unter die #NIS2 Regulierung, die auch geplant im Oktober in deutsches Recht überführt wird?
Grob überflogen gibt es für öffentliche TK-Dienste keine Schwellenwerte bzgl. Mitarbeiter, Umsatz oder Nutzer.
Öffentlich zugänglich ist Mastodon auf den Instanzen, auf denen man sich registrieren kann...
