Pelikan Edelstein Golden Beryl
Retro 51 Lincoln / FPR 14k ultraflex

I had forgotten just how magical this ink was. There is so much shimmer and it looks so gold, yet the ink still flows well. It's bonkers. Pelikan's first shimmer ink and they knocked it out of the park.

Compared to original (2016) Dark Lilac, this has much more of a green sheen-- more like a darker, purpler version of Lamy Azurite.

From the Manyo ("ten thousand leaves") series of multi-shaders, this one has tones of purple and teal.

The shading does not show up super well on this paper-- it shows up more on Tomoe River or other less absorbent papers.

Best in broader nibs, I think.

My newest nib swap: Hocoro 2.0 with gold-tone Sailor F-4 fine.

I now have a very special gold tone Hocoro nib, and a 2.0 stub in my Sailor 300.
