Right listen here. A staycation is where you stay at home and visit local tourist sites etc. Basically act as if you are holiday whilst staying at home. If you drive to Cornwall or somewhere else in the UK that is a holiday not a staycation.

Don't have kids with someone if you have any doubt that they would be a kind and respectful co-parent if you split up.
