@graf@scatPolice A few deep breaths can help, especially if it's stress. When that kind of stuff used to start it would just make me immediately stressed, which just made it worse.
@graf Stress can do it. As can some energy drinks. Always good to consult a physician if there's not an obvious source. I've had my fair share of heart-rhythm issues, and the racing heart can lead into things like Afib.
