Once you've got the pointy bit on, you need to put the rings on too, otherwise there's not enough tension to make things insertable.
When you've finally managed to get it installed, you can start playing with your partner with it.

@girlonthenet it's quite a girthy thing, and doesn't enclose your balls completely. So actually stuffing your balls inside your partner is an interesting experience. It does feel nice to have your balls inside someone, it's a new experience.
On the other hand, it's also putting your balls inside a flexible muscular tube that is very good at squeezing things.
My partner got the giggles while we were using it, and the more she giggled the tighter she got.
