@ryanc I don't know with any confidence any specific adhesive but I suspect 3M has something that will adhere rubbery to plasticy surfaces - itches my brain that it would be an automotive body repair product. Mechanically my first inclination is (ab)using flooring transition strip as a screw-down clamp around the edges of the mat. No need to put holes in the mat, it's long-term but can be loosened and re-clamped in case the mat 'grows' with use or solvent exposure.

@BethanyBlack Missed the poll, but I'm firmly in he 'no' category. If everything was perfect and I was farting out winning lotto numbers: no. But it's not perfect - the entire crew that knows more than me is not available so already it's a disaster. That's more shovelfuls of nope. And I can't think of any examples where a larger craft was talked down with *ATC* and not *Years Experienced Class-Certified Pilot* operating whoever the Meat-Proxy was sitting in the cockpit... Yeah. No.
