Are the Flac files you listen to through Apple Music Alac files and not traditional Flac files? Just some meaningless shit that I’m thinking about tonight.

For those that don’t know, if you purchase lossless music through Apple they use their own proprietary Alac lossless format.

Speaking of Newsmax, I believe they went public? Or are in the process of doing so. I’m curious how that’s going to go? Their viewership numbers are still quite poor and haven’t seen any bump even during election coverage.

This channel is so pitifully bland. Fox is bland but at least it pops a bit. The AM radio folks I listen to are all excellent communicators and that’s partly why I enjoy their content even though I philosophically disagree. When I tune in to Newsmax I’m always left with how boring that do just about everything. All of their programming contains no soul whatsoever.

Turned on ye olde TV channels with no plans and nothing really to watch. So I thought, “why not newsmax?” Because I’m me. Now I’m watching their coverage of that event that’s occurring currently.

Watching Cricket played on grounds in the United States I’ve noticed that they all seem to have a certain deadness to them. T20 games in the West Indian nations all played better than on the continental US. I’m noticing this again during this Major League Cricket season. The ball just plays differently here.

These players probably have an almost whatever feel about it since they literally play on every continent on earth. I wonder what continent/country the US grounds compare to most? #Cricket
