@timnitGebru thanks for posting this. Somehow AI has turned into nationalist politics. I am not an engineer so I might be naive - but what does AGI even mean? I have seen the term float around but I am not sure if there is a clear definition.

@aral Hi! I haven’t dug into this yet but I was just thinking about our exchange about Kitten on Mastodon a few months ago. I have a note for myself to try a small project using Kitten. Great to see this framework being developed further and we need more of this on the internet!

@thecatladygamer @aral the least that privileged people can do is owning up to their privilege and even embracing it. I can’t understand why they can’t do that.

@aral oh my this is fantastic. I use Astro and while it has slotting, named slots are so much more intuitive.
