I'd say "do not federate".
There is nothing on the fediverse to reply to, so it'll look out of context.

Blogs tend to have a separate RSS feed for posts and comments. So I see it like that.

People who rant about how terrible it is that you can't buy a non-Smart TV any more.

You know you don't have to plug the TV into the Internet, right?

I've got two. One acts as a big monitor for my laptop. The other one has a media player box & games console connected.

You're allowed to use a heavily subsidised device in a different manner from which it was intended.

I'm pretty sure USB-A to USB-C² isn't within spec…

But, it does seem to be charging these AA batteries pretty well!

So much political bullshit could be avoided if the UK just *regularly* uprated things in line with inflation.

The £18,600 minimum income requirement was first set in 2012 ( https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/sn06724/ ) & hasn't changed since.

If that had kept pace with inflation, today it would be about £26,000.
