those killed, either directly or indirectly, due to the machinations of a cruel and unjust world and societies that largely would prefer if we simply ceased existing

but, more than that, we resolve to keep fighting. trans people everywhere are staring down the barrel of unbelievable genocidal terror right now. with imminent fascism knocking at our doors, there's nothing more punk rock than saying "NO, FUCK YOU, I REFUSE TO JUST LAY DOWN AND DIE"

it takes a lot of strength to accept yourself as trans, let alone everything else that comes after. but you don't have to do it alone. remember, our strength is in community. it always has been. that's how we will weather the coming storm

this is a tangible way in which you can reduce the number of trans people we have to mourn. we are a demographic that is especially known for being consistently poor as fuck
