This is terrible, a blatantly see-through move to muzzle independent voices in India.

1) my mood swings
2) the mob screams
3) the vibe changes
4) my political posturing begins…

Neither technology, nor regulation can fix what political actors and sections of society insist on breaking.

Somewhere along the way, the Indian state seems to have forgotten that amorality maybe acceptable in international relations, but is highly undesirable for internal governance.
