This is astonishing. The guy caught a catfisher with a fake Facebook account. He's got him redhanded, got them to admit it, he has receipts. Meta's response? It doesn't violate their standards, so they're not going to do anything about it!

@aral I found out yesterday about the Jewish concept of 'tzedakah', which is exactly what you describe here: it's usually translated as 'charity' but, in its highest form, should result in the recipient becoming self-sufficient
