@Gargron @p4trick maybe I'm missing something but as a third party if I wanted to easily view someone's photography on Mastodon, relying on tags, I'm not sure how I would do that. Their profile's media tab doesn't seem to have any granularity for that. That's at least in part why I keep a separate Pixelfed profile.

@aral @lontrachen yeah, I kept watching the clouds and totality started with cloud cover and then everything got clear. Amazing luck.

@lontrachen @aral that was exactly my view in Texas about five minutes before it started. I was about to be super disappointed.
