I am super stoked that people are leaving the dead bird platform. I don’t care if people join #Bluesky. It’s a good choice for the normies. But well… it has normies. 💁 If you’re happy with your choice, enjoy. You don’t need to inform the users you are leaving. That just makes you look smug.

@evan @LALegault Let’s face it. It’s neither a threat nor leverage. It’s a wager, and an incredibly risky one on top of that. On one hand you’ll still have the chance to put pressure on the problem after the election, on the other there won’t be anything to put pressure on. Pick the lesser evil now to fight another day: That is the rational choice here.

Til syvende og sist handler det nok mest om at dagligvarekjedene vil unngå lavere prisforventning på varer. De kunne nedpriset dem lengere ned jo nærmere de kom utløpsdato (slik som dem gjør i Japan), men det er tydeligvis mer verdi i å bare kaste varene.
