I've been reading a book about Viking Age archeology (Cat Jarman's "River Kings") that mentions game pieces found with warrior and boat burials and, flashforward a millennium, give or take a few centuries, I've been playing hnefatafl, aka Viking chess, on three apps, which has been interfering with my backgammon and non-Viking chess studies.

Now this person probably thinks I'm a big jerk, which is true most of the time, but not in this particular case.

Gikk på biblioteket ... vel, tre små biblioteker. En av eierne ble litt irritert da jeg gikk på toalettet (med mitt nye lesestoff). Måtte de virkelig ringe politiet?
