      プベルル酸
      プベルル酸、またはプベルリン酸（英: puberulic acid） は、分子式C8H6O6で表される七員環有機化合物（トロポノイド）である。アオカビ属により産生され、グラム陽性菌に対する殺菌作用を示す。 発見 1932年にBirkinshawとRaistrickがP. puberulum Bainierから産生されるC8H6O6の化学式を持つ化合物が存在することを報告し、これをプベルル酸と命名した。P. aurantio-virens Biourge、P. johannioli Zaleskiなど複数のアオカビの培地からプベルロン酸（英: puberulonic acid）と同時に得られることが知られている。なおプベルロン酸は水存在下で100°Cに加熱すると脱炭酸によりプベルル酸となる。 性質 七員環構造を持つ。プベルル酸のエタノール溶液に塩化鉄(III)を加えると赤褐色を呈する。316°Cに加熱すると脱炭酸が起こり分解する。高度減圧下では220°Cで昇華する。 比較的弱い抗生物質との報告がある。一方で、抗マラリア作用が報告されており、クロロキン抵抗性マラリア原虫K-1株に対するin vitroでのIC50は0.05μＭである。生体内での毒性も高く、マウスを用いた評価では、5mg/kg×2回の皮下投与で5匹中4匹のマウスが3日目までに死亡している。 全合成 プベルル酸の全合成はこれまでR.B.Johnsらの研究グループ（1954年）、続いてM.G.Banwellらの研究グループ（1993年）によって報告されている。どちらの合成経路でもシクロプロパン化したベンゼン誘導体からの環拡大によってトロポロン骨格が構築された…

    ActivityPubにないMastodon特有の制限といえば、ポストに付与できる言語コードをBCP 47ではなくISO 639に限定しているということがある（しかもgargronの一存っぽい）
    これは非常につらい（婉曲）

    ・ISO 639コードは歴史的経緯で欧州言語で細分化されている、したがって構造上欧州中央主義になっている
    ・歴史的経緯で書き言葉が共通する変種群に同一の639コードが割り当てられていることが多い、つまりスクリーンリーダーが死ぬ

    句点をつけると怒ってる（威圧感がある）、っていう感覚は自分には全然ないんだけど、マルハラへの道を舗装したのは我々世代だという思いがあって、チャットで、IRCでもMessengerとかでも末尾に句点は付けてなかったでしょ？
    それは学校の作文とかでもやった「会話文の最後に句点はつけない（吹き出し形だったし）」とか「一文字余計に打つのがムダ」とかいうことなんだけど、それを見た次の世代で「。」をつけるのは異様なことなんだ……っていう受け取り方に変化するのは、ピジンからクレオールの発生みたいでエモさがある
