@ramonita @tech_prole @aenea This isn’t an accelerationist argument, but relative comfort and safety especially in Berlin (and other places) absolutely holds people back from taking certain types of action. Again the critique of “individualism” often come from those who risk absolutely nothing so 🤷🤷🤷

@ramonita @tech_prole @aenea Sure but system failures sun up to systemic failures. If the system we have (radical support networks, a scene, whatever) don’t work, we as individuals have to rise above our conditions. Change starts with a single person y’know.

It seems less “abusive relationship” and more like “local maximum” of benefits and that there’s a lot of potential for less before reaching a anything better.

Harbour – a compilation of anarchist fiction

We are looking for submissions for our first literary journal of anarchist fiction. Submissions can be in the form of short stories, poetry, or artwork. We publish black and white zines, so please note that your artwork will be grey-scaled.

Spring 2024 (Issue 1) submissions will be open from January 1st to 31st.

Power can creep into every part of how we organize, take root, and create hierarchies. Security culture is one such case, and through both accident and malice, we can create new hierarchies and exacerbate existing ones. This zine reflects on the ways security culture can lead to harmful organizational patterns and structures within our collectives and movements, and it offers some possible methods for addressing it.
