@JdeBP @cstross Science Fiction is just that Sci-Fi. To what I refer is actual development of stand alone technology along with Tech adaptions to personal and industrial equipment. I'm old enough to remember my Father farming with mules/horses. My first trip to town was in a wagon pulled by mules. He progressed to tractors, irrigation equipment, we got electricity, propane to cook & heat, phones to communicate. It's not Sci-Fi but it was part of the change that continues today.

Don't know about anyone else but friends of Kamala have been posting a host of political images all over. My Spouse, German, continues to fire them at me for my deep appreciation. @br00t4c My understanding of Project 2025 intent is to administratively decide on how to eliminate our Democracy, to legally place Americans into easily controlled designated groups. Place all political, social and economic power into the hands of a few responsible only to Trump and/or his designated cult members as directors for those groups.
